  • 6:00 AM, Depart CUHS

  • 9:30, Arrive at Century II

  • 10:30, Opening Session - MJT Theatre

  • 11:30, Lunch

  • 1:20, PSU Ensemble - Concert Hall

  • 3:35, Olathe West Winds - Concert Hall

  • 4:00, Exhibits open

  • 4:30, Check IN hotel

  • 5:00, Dinner

  • 8:00, KU Wind Ensemble - Concert Hall

  • 11:00, Lights Out

Friday-

  • 8:30—10:00, Tri-M Workshop - Service Club

  • 10:00—4:30, On your own—attend concerts, workshops, exhibits

  • 5:00, Meet at hotel for dinner

  • 9:30, Late Night Jazz - Hyatt

  • 11:30, Lights Out

Saturday-

  • 8:00, Breakfast hotel

  • 10:30, Check out of hotel & load van

  • 11:30, All-State Treble Choir Concert - Convention Hall

  • 12:15, All-State Mixed Choir Concert - Convention Hall

  • 1:30, Depart for Home—late lunch
