Departure Day Procedures:
- Check in bags at 12:00 noon--line up at west outside door. All bags including carry on's, large purses, blankets & pillows must be checked in.
- After check-in proceed to uniform check list
- Depart & go to lunch
- Board bus NO earlier than 2:30 PM--walk on bus--your carry on will be brought to you
- All Band members will ride bus #1 & sponsors will ride bus #2--no trading buses
- Don't forget to pack your new Band T--we will wear Saturday morning!
Beach towels have been ordered--NO Cost!
Healthform--please download & return the Emergency Info Form to Mrs. P no later than Monday, May 21
- NOTICE a revision on the travel tips. Allow $50 for meals on the days we are in the parks NOT $35. This should allow plenty for 2 meals along with snacks and/or drinks throughout your day!
- We will depart at 3:00 PM on May 24 in Titan Alley. Students are to check in bags at 12:00 noon in the band room. Sponsors should arrive for loading at 2:30.
- Take a pillow and blanket for the bus ride! Mrs. P is bringing snacks on the house!
- We will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn--if you are traveling on your own check it out on our Maps page
