Sunday, 5/24 - Travel Day

Monday, 5/25 - Arrive in Florida (approximately 5:30 pm)

Tuesday, 5/26 - Performance Day - Magic Kingdom, 4:25 PM performance

Wed., 5/27 - Disney Park (TBA)

Thurs., 5/28 - Disney Park

Fri., 5/29 - Beach Day

Sat., 5/30 - Universal Studios

Sun., 5/31 - Travel day & arrive home

Florida 2026 Check List:

• Sunday, May 24—Check in is 12:30—2:00 PM

  • Buses arrive at 2:00 PM—Load instruments and luggage

  • 3:00 PM—Departure

• Tuesday, May 26—PERFORMANCE DAY INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Wear Band Trip Shirt & athletic Shorts

    • Bring change of clothes for after performance—have in your backpack

  • Meet at 2:50 at Rocket Tower Plaza Stage—it’s in Tomorrowland by Carousel of Progress—go to restrooms before we go backstage at 3:20.

  • We will meet Disney representative & go backstage.
